Complainant reported that sometime after 11:00PM on 4/27 someone entered the unlocked vehicle. A Garmin GPS valued at about $200 was taken. CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 2100 block W. Wellington Rd reported at 12:37PM. Complainant reported that a person to known to them has opened several credit card accounts using the complainant’s social security number. 4/28/09 THEFT – 2000 block Silverwood Dr reported at 6:28AM. Complainant reported that sometime overnight someone removed a wallet and a pair of sneakers from the unlocked vehicle. A credit card in the wallet was used at an establishment outside Bucks County. THEFT BY DECEPTION – 1400 block Waterford Rd reported at 8:15AM. Complainant reported that $3,093.00 cleared her banking account thru Western Union; this was not an authorized transfer. CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 1200 block Wilton Crescent reported at 9:33AM. Complainant reported that someone accessed his Bank of America credit card and $8,500 was charged to the card. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – SR-332 and I-95 at 12:56PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to one of the passengers being cited for disorderly conduct. The male passenger had a small amount of marijuana in his possession. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – 200 block W. Afton Ave at 4:06PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with minor injuries being reported. 4/27/09 RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE – Trenton, New Jersey reported at 9:00PM. Trenton Police advised LMTPD that they recovered a reported stolen vehicle from American Drive. Two juveniles that were in the vehicle were arrested by Trenton. SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE – 600 block Palmer Lane at 9:05PM. Police on patrol investigated an occupied suspicious vehicle. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana and a pipe. The case is still under investigation, so charges are pending against the two occupants. THEFTS: 300 block Robinhood Dr reported at 8:31AM. Complainant reported that overnight a DVD player and HP notebook laptop computer with a combined value of $1,255 were taken from the unlocked vehicle. Complainant believes the theft took place between 4/24 and 4/27/09. 300 block Robinhood Dr reported at 3:49PM. Complainant reported that sometime over the weekend someone removed a Garmin GPS valued at $350 from the vehicle. 4/26/09 THEFT – Unit block Bedford Pl reported at 8:43PM. Complainant reported coming home from a trip and noticed that a GPS unit valued at $250 was taken from a van. DUI & ACCIDENT – 1600 block Lakeview Cir reported at 8:19AM. Police responded to an auto accident and further investigation revealed that the juvenile male driver may be under the influence of narcotics. He was taken into custody for processing. DUI & ACCIDENT – Yardley Rd at Terrecdale Rd reported at 2:03AM. Police responded to an auto accident at this intersection and further investigation revealed that female driver was driving under the influence. She was taken into police custody for processing. 4/25/09 UNDERAGE DRINKING – 500 block Andrea Pl reported at 11:44PM. Police received a call about a loud party in the 500 block of Andrea Place. Police responded and located the party and 8 juveniles ranging in age from 17 to 20 were cited for underage drinking and one was cited for disorderly conduct. THEFT – Unit block of Bedford Pl reported at 8:38AM. Complainant reported that overnight someone took $30 in change and a $300 money order from the unlocked vehicle. THEFT – Judith Place and Stony Hill Rd reported at 12:28PM. The complainant a landscaper reported that power tools with a total value of $3,000 were taken from the trailer while the landscaping crew was working at the site. Three Redmax weed whackers and three Redmax blowers were taken. 4/24/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 500 block Aspen Woods Dr reported at 10:30PM. Complainant reported that someone threw eggs at the residence causing $25.00 in damage. 1600 block Covington Rd reported at 10:30PM. Complainant reported that someone threw eggs at the residence causing about $25 in damage. 4/23/09 ATTEMPTED THEFT – 900 block Queens Dr reported at 8:41PM. Complainant reported that someone entered the vehicle and ransacked the interior, but it appears nothing was taken. THEFTS - These incidents occurred in the overnight hours and were reported throughout the day shift of 4/23/09: 400 block American Dr – Complainant reported that overnight person(s) stole their 2005 Mercury Sable, the vehicle contained a set of golf clubs and a red bicycle was left at the scene. 1500 block Makefield Rd – Complainant reported that overnight person(s) removed two Garmin GPS units with a total value of $1,050.00 from their vehicles. 500 block Kings Rd – Complainant reported that a Garmin GPS was taken from the vehicle. 500 block American Dr – Complainant reported that Garmin GPS and a Bluetooth with a total value of $475 were taken from the vehicle. 1900 block S. Crescent Blvd – Complainant reported that overnight someone removed a leather briefcase, Garmin GPS and power cords with a total value of about $475 from the vehicle. 2000 block Woodland Dr – Complainant reported that overnight about $3.00 in currency was taken from the vehicle. 600 block Teich Dr – Complainant reported that overnight a purse containing credit cards was taken from the vehicle. 1900 block Woodland Dr – Complainant reported that $2.00 in currency was removed from the unlocked vehicle. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 500 block Princess Dr – Complainant reported that overnight someone entered the vehicle, but it appears nothing was taken. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – 1000 block Big Oak Rd at 3:30PM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident, after a vehicle struck a house. There were no injuries and the car was towed. NON-REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – 1600 block Big Oak Rd at the Oxford Oaks Shopping Center reported at 4:14PM. Police responded to a minor one vehicle accident after a vehicle struck a railing. DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and US Route 1 at 2:38AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 43 year old male driver from the Bronx, New York for the possession and transportation of crack cocaine and marijuana. The defendant will also be facing numerous other criminal charges. He was taken into custody for processing and arraignment. 4/22/09 THEFT – 1100 block University Dr reported at 8:28AM. Complainant reported that a diamond ring is missing from the residence. It was possibly taken by a contractor. 4/21/09 THEFT – 1400 block Woodview Rd reported at 12:05PM. Complainant reported that personal paperwork, checks, a ring and foreign currency were taken from the residence. Complainant advised police that a friend was allowed to stay at the residence for a few days and when the friend did not return the items were found to be missing. 4/20/09 RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block Big Oak Rd at the Wine & Spirits Store reported at 6:58PM. A store employee reported that three black males worked to distract other employees and then fled with a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka valued at $30. DRUG ARREST – Revere Rd at the Tennis Courts at 8:36PM. Police on patrol observed several male juveniles smoking at this location. Further investigation revealed that the males were in possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. The four males ranging in age from 15 to 19 will be charged accordingly. THEFT – 1300 block Yardley Rd reported at 4:07PM. Complainant reported that someone used their credit card in the amount of $300. 4/19/09 DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Oxford Valley Rd and Dorby Rd at 2:17AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that male driver was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was cited for the traffic violations and the possession. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Pine Grove Rd by Big Oak Rd at 12:29PM. Police reposed to a two vehicle accident with minor damage being reported. THEFT – 200 block Springdale Terr. Reported at 12:58AM. Complainant reported a theft-in-progress from a vehicle. The suspect was described as a short male wearing a dark colored hoodie and possibly wearing a white tee shirt underneath. It doesn’t appear if anything was taken from the unlocked vehicle. 4/18/09 RETAIL THEFT & ARREST – 1641 Big Oak Rd at the Kohls Dept Store reported at 3:53PM. Store security observed two males taking merchandise valued at $1,900.00 and not making payment. Both males were released into police custody for processing and arraignment. THEFT – Unit block Townsend Rd reported at 2:48PM. Complainant, a lawn service contractor reported that an Echo back pack leaf blower valued at $500 was taken off a landscape truck. The suspect may have been operating an older model black Buick. DRUG ARREST – Cinnabar Ln and Knights Bridge at 1:19AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the male operator for possessing a controlled substance and marijuana. He was taken into custody for processing. 4/16/09 THEFT – 931 Stony Hill Rd at Shady Brook Farm, reported at 10:00PM. Complainant reported losing the keys to their vehicle while at the Carnival. Upon returning to the car the complainant discovered that someone entered the vehicle and took a wallet containing a P.A. driver’s license, credit cards and school I.D. RETAIL THEFT & ARREST – 635 Heacock Rd at McCaffrey’s Market reported at 12:48PM. A store employee observed a male exit the store with a shopping cart full of groceries and not making payment. The male was detained until police arrived on scene, he took $103.74 worth of items and taken into police custody for processing and arraignment. RETAIL THEFT & ARREST – 1641 Big Oak Rd at the Kohl’s Dept Store reported at 4:19PM. Store security observed two white females take $291.78 worth of clothing and they did not pay for the items. They were detained by store security and then released into police custody for processing and arraignment. ATTEMPTED THEFT – Unit block Tudor Ln reported at 11:45AM. Complainant reported that someone entered the unlocked vehicle between 4/11 and the AM hours of 4/12/09 and the glove box was ransacked. It does not appear if anything is missing. 4/14/09 RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block Big Oak Rd at Super Fresh Supermarket inside the Wine and Spirits Store reported at 4:20PM. Complainant a store employee reported that someone took a bottle of Grey Goose. There was no further information available. RETAIL THEFTS – 1600 block Big Oak Rd at the Kohl’s Dept. Store reported at 2:00PM. Complainant, store employees reported three thefts; but with no further information available. 4/13/09 ARREST – 1300 block Cornerstone Dr at 5:40PM. Police responded to a call of a female in the parking lot area slashing the tires on a car. Police arrived and located the female suspect and in her possession she had a pocket knife. She was taken into custody, processed at police headquarters and charged with criminal mischief, possession of an instrument of a crime and a prohibitive offensive weapon. She was arraigned before the district judge. 4/12/09 DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 61 Oxford Valley Rd at the Shell Station at 2:31AM. Police on patrol discovered a disabled vehicle and further investigation led to the operator of the vehicle being charged with disorderly conduct for possessing a small amount of marijuana. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1600 block Fairfield Rd reported at 3:27AM. Police received a call about a person attempting to gain entry to a residence. On arrival police located a female who was intoxicated and attempting to enter the home of another person. She was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1600 block Fairfield Rd at 3:30AM. While police were on scene for the above incident they encountered a male and further investigation revealed that he was in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for disorderly conduct. DUI ARREST – Mirror Lake Rd at 5:00AM. Police responded to a disturbance and further investigation led to the arrest of a female who was driving under the influence. She was also charged with a hit and run accident, after striking private property on Stapler Drive. 4/10/09 NON-REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – 1800 block Yardley Rd reported at 6:20PM. Police responded to a minor accident, a vehicle left the roadway and came to rest in a yard. There were no injuries reported and minimal damage. THEFT – 1300 block Heller Dr reported at 4:00PM. Complainant a Landscape contractor reported that someone removed a backpack blower and hedge trimmer from the vehicle while the crew was mowing a lawn. The items taken have a combined value of about $800. RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE – Reported at 1:30AM. Philadelphia Police advised the LMTPD that they had recovered a reported stolen vehicle from Bartlett Court. Philadelphia Police did have several suspects in the vehicle when it was recovered. 4/9/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1200 block Landmark Dr reported at 9:46PM. Complainant reported that juveniles had egged the residence. TRESPASSING – 1500 block Hayfield Rd reported at 11:44PM. The complainant the homeowner reported seeing a white male standing at the open garage door and then fled the area. DUI and ARREST – SR-332 and Stony Hill Rd at 9:41AM. Police responded to an auto accident and further investigation led to the arrest of the male driver for driving under the influence. He was taken into custody for processing. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2200 block Cornerstone Dr reported at 6:45AM. Complainant reported that some had extensively keyed their vehicle overnight. ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT – 1601 Big Oak Rd at the Super Fresh, reported at 4:45PM. Store employees reported that the attempted theft of baby formula valued at $77.76. The suspect vehicle is described as silver Mitsubishi Lancer with a P.A. registration plate. 4/8/09 NON-REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENTS – Police on the day shift responded to numerous auto accidents: 600 block Heacock Rd at 9:31AM – Two vehicles involved. 1000 block River Rd at 12:30PM – Two vehicles involved. Countess and Victory Dr at 12:30PM – Two vehicles involved. Stony Hill Rd and SR-332 at 5:17PM – Two vehicles involved. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Township Line Rd and Langhorne-Yardley Rd at 10:24AM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with towing required. WANTED PERSON & ARREST – W. Trenton Ave and Pine Grove Rd at 4:20PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and a records check indicated that the 28 year old male driver was wanted. He had an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody to await pick by the Bucks County Sheriff. WEAPONS ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and US Route 1 at 3:53PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation resulted to the confiscation of a prohibited offensive weapon found inside the vehicle. Also found inside the vehicle was a small quantity of drugs. The 29 year old male driver was taken into custody for processing. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1500 block Makefield Rd reported at 12:09AM. Police received a report of juveniles in a car being loud. Police arrived on scene and located a car occupied by three juveniles. Further investigation revealed the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. Police found a glass pipe inside the vehicle and the three to be cited for disorderly conduct. 4/6/09 STOLEN VEHICLE – 1400 block Bartlet Ct reported at 7:07AM. Complainant reported that sometime overnight someone took a 1997 Ford Van from the driveway. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1400 block Pheasant Cir. Reported at 7:19AM. Complainant reported that overnight someone used force to enter a home that is under construction, this caused minor damage. FOUND PROPERTY – Yardley Corners Development reported at 10:50AM. Complainant found a wallet containing U.S.C. (United States Currency). The wallet contained no identification. If someone is missing a wallet please contact the LMTPD, you will have to provide verification that the wallet is yours. 4/5/09 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Big Oak Rd and Stony Hill Rd at 2:38PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with towing required. WANTED PERSON & ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 4:45PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and a records check led to the arrest of the male driver for an outstanding warrant from Delaware County. He was taken into police custody for processing and transported to Bucks County Prison. 4/4/09 REPORTABLE TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – 700 block River Rd at 12:53AM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident after a vehicle left the roadway and struck a PECO utility pole. The pole was severely damaged and the roadway was closed for several hours. The driver was taken to the hospital for evaluation. DUI & DRUG ARREST – River Rd and Michael Rd at 1:52AM. Police on a traffic post for the previous auto accident stopped a vehicle for driving too fast in an emergency response area. Further investigation revealed that the male driver was under the influence. A male passenger was also taken into custody due to a small amount of marijuana being found inside the vehicle. Both subjects were taken into custody for processing. 4/3/09 DUI & ARREST – Taylorsville Rd at Mt. Eyre Rd at 10:08PM. Police on patrol observed a vehicle that had driven off the roadway. Further investigation revealed that the male driver from Holland, PA was driving under the influence. He was taken into custody for processing. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Langhorne-Yardley Rd and Township Line Rd at 4:12PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with towing required. 4/2/09 DUI & ARREST – Big Oak Rd at 12:06AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 54 year old male driver from Langhorne for driving under the influence. He was taken into custody for processing. 4/1/09 THEFT – 1000 block Stony Hill Rd at the Hampton Inn, reported at 4:12PM. Complainant reported that someone illegally entered a snack machine on the property. DUI & ARREST – Big Oak Rd at 5:28PM.
